Many inexperienced people believe meditation is nothing more than sitting on the floor thinking about something for a long time. Meditation is much more than that. While it may involve sitting and thinking, there is much more to it than that.
There are techniques on how to sit, how to relax your body and what to focus on and for how long. Meditation has helped many people to find inner peace and happiness.
